We joined two other Grade 5 classes for a great trip to High Park yesterday. It was our first rain-free trip all year! The students had lots of fun on the giant castle play structure. We had a picnic lunch and then we explored the small zoo.
Thank you to the wonderful parents who helped with supervising this trip and the other ones this year. I couldn't do it without you.
Good bye and good luck to all the students. Happy Summer everyone!

The students were fascinated to see and feel the fur on the reindeer's antlers. |
The peacock showed us his beautiful feathers. |
The emu was a new animal for many of the students. |
The capybaras and one of their 3 babies were also new animals for the students learn about. |
