Science Workstations

We are investigating human organ systems at a variety of workstations.
Students are using stethoscopes to discover what happens to their heart rate after exercise.

Students created a model of a spine with a pipe cleaner spinal cord, straw for vertebrae and foamies for cartilage.

They discovered how to use string to create "muscles" to move the bones on an hinge joint.

Some students worked on life-sized drawings of the organ systems.
